Job Description:
- Take full responsibility of Finance Department.
- Manage overall finance full functions for group company (2 Companies) and controlling cash flow forecast and cash management.
- Managing loan agreement to ensure confidence that the company can make the loan drawdown, pay back the principal, interest, and dividend up to expectations and ensure compliance with all covenants and conditions under loan agreement.
- Deal with banks and financial institutions for acquiring loans and credit facilities to support operation and cashflow projection.
- Being responsible for overall management of cash position, cash flow management and treasury admin.
- Accountable for cash flow planning and analysis of group company.
- Conduct annual budgeting and propose for approval.
- Conduct and support budgeting and feasibility of new projects.
